Introduction

Purpose

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers, and anyone acting on our behalf.

Definitions

Modern Slavery: Encompasses slavery, forced labour, servitude, and human trafficking.

Forced Labor: Work or service exacted under threat of penalty and for which the person offers no real free will.

Human Trafficking: The recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring, or receipt of a person by means of threat or use of force, or other forms of coercion, abduction, or deception, for the purpose of exploitation.

Supply Chain: All stages of our business operations, from sourcing raw materials to delivering final products or services.

Reporting Channels

We have established clear and accessible reporting channels for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to report any concerns about modern slavery.

Confidentiality

We will ensure that all reports are treated with confidentiality and handled promptly and effectively.

No Retaliation

We will not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
